Cancellation And Refund
Policy On Service
Cancellation Period: HostelOne Management does not allow free cancellation. All bookings are final once the Booking Deposit is made.
Cancellation Fees: All cancellations are strictly non-refundable. The Booking Deposit is equivalent to one (1) month of room rental and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are not available. The Booking Deposit is valid for 1 month from the date of payment and may only be applied to reschedule the check-in date within this period. No exceptions will be granted.
Non-Refundable Services: All room bookings, deposits, and related payments are strictly non-refundable and non-deferrable.
Process for Cancellation: To request cancellation, customers must contact our customer service department at ronald.homestate@gmail.com / 011-16700820. Once confirmed, the room will be released for other bookings.
Changes to Reservations: Guests may reschedule check-in dates multiple times as long as it is within the 1-month Booking Deposit validity period. Rescheduling does not extend or reset the 1-month validity window.
Service Fees & Taxes: HostelOne Management does not charge any administrative or service fees, but all bookings are subject to 8% SST, calculated on the room rental fee.
